For state recording of the report on projects financed from the state budget, commercialization projects, initiative and contractual projects, a report and information cards in the state and Russian languages are submitted through the information system www.is.ncste.kz.

The report is drawn up in accordance with the Interstate standard GOST 7.32-2017 “Report on research work”.

For state recording of the results of scientific, scientific and technical activities, an application for registration of the result of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities and a form for recording data on the results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities is submitted through an information system www.is.ncste.kz.
